Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any piece, for any reason.

To start a return, email shop@charizzma.online with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. There is no restocking fee.

Send the piece back unworn and in its box. Once it reaches us we inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Exchanges work the same way. Tell us what you would like instead and we will send the details.

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will make it right at our cost, whatever the 30 days say.
