Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable.

Store each piece separately in its pouch to prevent scratches and tarnish. Put jewelry on after perfume, lotion and hair products, and take it off before swimming, cleaning or exercise.

Clean silver with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid silver dips and polishes. Wipe pearls with a slightly damp cloth after wearing.
